Great place to stay if you want to be near the centre of Chichester. Old pub, but refurbished, comfortable rooms. No discernable noise, from the bars, heard in the rooms, but I might have been lucky where I was located. Appears to be no dedicated partking space, but there is a public car park immediately behind the hotel. You might be lucky getting a space on a busy shopping day, like a Saturday. Fot Thai food lovers...a Mecca with two good restaurants within a minute's walk. Just the right place if you want to soak up the Witterings beaches during the day, and convenient if you want to explore the town in the early evening.

Overpriced place to stay
The room was very pricey, indeed. Not great value for money. No fridge, no telephone if you wanted to call reception. Fine food in the restaurant. Noisy bar just below us, but that might be due to the Euros tournament. Generally the owners/management seemed to be more interested in running the bar/restaurant than running a hotel. Maybe that`s to be expected at an inn? Would not stay there again, or recommend it.
