Great for Umrah other than ramadan. In ramadan, iftar hall is huge and yet very crowded. Access to mall prayer hall is more complicated than other surronding hotels. i would recommend it for Umra in the months other than ramadan. iftar buffet was decent, but too crowded and it takes a long walk to get to the buffet area, wouldn't take the room with breakfast or iftar if staying there again. If you are looking for a hotel with iftar in ramadan, try the Movenpick or Rotana, both are quieter, rooms bigger, easier access to the mall prayer hall and quiet buffet area.

omra trip in ramadan
we went for omara in Ramadan. The hotel was in very good condition compared to many of the hotels of the same standards around it.However, the only problem was the check in time. It says 2 but we didn't get our room until around 4 and many other people had to wait for later than that because the hotel was very busy and the rooms were not ready.

Bad experience
Receptions was the worst in the hotel. Also Venere is the worst online's booking company I dealt with. My booking was via Venere and the hotel received my booking via Expedia. Even my booking # was different from reference # that the hotel has. The Booking room was different from my order and the conformation got. There is no clear telephone # for Venere. When I found their phone# the operator understood the situation. He excused, and after that there was no responce. So MY EVALUATION FOR VERENE IS by all means is BAD
