This property is exactly as advertised. It is in a good location and provides easy access to anywhere you would like to go in Paris. This is a small space and we were there at Christmas, so it was a bit cold. One of the windows on the main level kept flying open and the loft was very chilly, but we did not spend much time at the apartment. The spaced was just what we needed. I should have asked for a tutorial on how to use the oven, as I could not get it to work. It is a combination microwave/oven and none of us could quite figure it out. It was nice to have two bathrooms and overall, the space worked out well for us.

Great location of all locations and ease of access. Yeah room was small and compact but everything you need for a quality stay in the centre of Paris. Would definitely book again in this lively location

Reviewed by NB, Canada (not USA). This apartment was a great base from which to explore central Paris. It's a short walk to Notre Dame and the latin quarter, and the very close bus #69 takes you to all the other major central Paris sites. We are a family of 4, with two teenage children. The adults slept upstairs in a loft with a large bathroom with a bath, and good size futon-style bed and just enough space for 2 suitcases. The main floor had a very nice kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washer (no dryer, but a rack is provided to air-dry). The fold out couch was large enough for the teenage kids. When the couch-bed is folded up there is a large living area to rest and plan your next Paris adventure. The main floor also has a toilet and shower. We were met on the ground level by Gabriel and he explained everything to us (in good english) and told us of a good nearby grocery store to buy supplies (like toilet paper!). On the way to the grocery, we saw one of those bike rental racks where you can rent a bike for the day - this was great to rent bikes and explore Paris. It's surprising, but central Paris has a combination of bike paths and dedicated bus lanes which are quite safe for bikes. My wife and daughter really liked the shopping along Rue de Rivoli which is only a block away. There are about 15 tight stairs you have to carry your luggage up to get to the 1-person tiny elevator which you can take up to the 5th floor apartment. We had to take four trips as the elevator only holds 1 person and 1 suitcase. For the rest of the trip we used the stairs and got some excercise. We would stay here again for sure!
