Hotel Boutique Nazionale - Rome

Very nice and helpful staff, great location, we walked everywhere, never even took the Metro. Our room overlooked Nazionale, a noisy street, but the windows blocked out most of the sound effectively when closed, but then we wanted air circulation & the a/c unit didn't seem to work well. Breakfast was rolls, sugared croissants, yogurt, ham & processed cheese slices, served in a hallway with small tables, which was OK, but we have seen better at 3-star hotels. Boutique may mean minimalist furnishings, and the lighting was minimalist also - we had to use flashlights to supplement the bedside lamps. Overall, great service-oriented folks, clean, but the concept limited the physical surroundings a bit. We would stay there again if we got the same bargain rate we had this time.
