The Hervé Garrapit is a former 18th-century post house whose gardens border on the pine forest for which the Landes region is famous. Guests are invited to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. In the elegant gourmet restaurant the Garrapit family presents dishes and delicacies of the Bas-Armagnac region, known especially for eau de vie brandy. Breakfast can be served on one of the terraces overlooking the village or beside the pool.

Among the attractions close to the village are the Château de Ravignan outside Perquie, which can be toured, and numerous historic churches. In Mont de Marsan you can visit the Donjon Lacataye, the keep of a 14th-century castle on the banks of the Midou River. Today it houses a museum of modern figure sculpture dedicated to the artists Charles Despiau and Robert Wlérick. Within a 1-hour drive east and south of the Hervé Garrapit are Cazaubon, Éauze, and Nogaro, major towns of the Bas-Armagnac plantation area, where grapes are grown for the distillation of Armagnac.
