Cheap-good location for tourist-bad for families
This is a great spot from the local tour pickup points. It's right next to Arthur's Quay but if you want quiet it's got a bar next door with live music. You will need ear plugs. But it didn't bother me. The rooms are quant. The front desk was okay. The first day there was the most unhelpful lazy female alive there. But and the 2nd day there was the kindest female willing to print off bus times and help with directions. So hit and miss.

The staff were lovely and did inform us that there would be some noise as they are near a nightclub and there was a festival in the area but there is no bar and no area to sit in it should be described as a bed and breakfast not a hotel they said the bar around the corner was part of the hotel but there was no entrance from hotel and they finished serving food at 8pm i taught it was a hotel I had booked not a bnb so dissatisfied in that sence could have got a proper hotel for that price anne galway

Very loud as surrounded by pubs also people running up and down the halls at all hours of the morning and trying to enter our rooms. Locked out of hotel at night; left standing outside for nearly 10 minutes at 11 pm,

The hotel is built over a bar that had music going till 2 in the morning. It was so loud it felt we were in the bar. The room was small and the bathroom was even smallies. The shower was so small u couldn't turn in it. The staff at front desk was very nice and the place was an ideal location for the main streets it was just the noise was crazy!
