This was our first trip to Dublin but not the last.We will DEFINITELY choose to stay at The Parkway Guesthouse on our next visit as well. The staff were very competent, friendly and always there when we needed them. The location was central but far enough off the Main Street to,provide a quiet goodnight's sleep. The hotel was clean, the beds were FAB!!! And the breakfast more than ample to start the day on. The staff were very approachable, helpful and genuinely interested in their guests well-being. We would definitely recommend The Parkway Guesthouse!!!

Parkway House is not the most luxurious place I stayed in on my trip (walking up 5 flights of stairs was a challenge at my age), but the staff was friendly and caring which made up for a lot. I like being in historical buildings as it's part of the adventure. Seamus, the owner, is willing to go the extra mile for guests comfort and the breakfast was huge (too much for me). It's two blocks from O'Connell Street which is Dublin's main drag. Number 40 bus will take you to Trinity College (for the Book of Kells and the Gravedigger Tour). I wish I'd spent more time in Dublin and less time in Berlin.

We had pleasant stay at the B&B. The owner and the staff were very friendly. We arrived one night really late from concert in Kilkeny and Sheamus, the owner was waiting for us to open the door and give us directions for parking. He has also given us great recommendations for the restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast was great and served in a nice atmosphere. It is easy to find, conveniently located, close to city center and airport. We would recommend this place for visit to Dublin.

The rooms are really tiny (and one side of the double bed is against the wall so not good if you don't want to disturb your partner)but perfectly adequate if you just need somewhere to sleep and leave your bags. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly and gave us a 24hr parking permit which was very useful. It's a lovely building which could do with some sprucing up ( but them it would be more expensive, I suppose). It seemed a little bit overpriced compared to the other guesthouses I stayed in in Ireland but they were in the countryside and I am not familiar with the prices for Dublin. It was easy to walk all round the city from there and I would be happy to stay there again.

Nice stay in b&b in dublin
I had a very nice stay in this b&b during my trip to dublin. The hotel staff is very nice and helpfull. The location is good something between 5 to 10 munutes from o'connell street. Rooms are quite but a little tiny or at least my single room was. The only one complain is thats the noise isolation between some rooms are not good enough.
