Could not sleep for all 3 nights because of fights /arguments from the Mezze club which is part of the hotel. The police were called on the 3rd night with flashing lights etc. When we complained we were told there was no records of any noise or disturbance. I suppose that we were being told that we were mistaken. On the plus side it is right in the centre of Temple Bar with all the constant entertainment and pubs etc. Not good value for what we paid they need to upgrade rooms etc with double glazing for the noise.

Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel despite its convenient location. My room was small, stuffy and the choice of having the window open for a breeze wasn't practical - the window is very small itself and the noise outside was just unbearable. 3am and the pedestrians were still roaring with noise. The bed was a twin and uncomfortable. There was basic cable and a selection of five stations all with audio interference - besides, the TV was positioned so high it made viewing for any length of time uncomfortable. As there is apparently no wi-fi on the premises, a netbook or tablet is useless so you do feel cut-off from the world. The bathroom was patched up with adhesive tape on the toilet tank and light fixture and the tiles on the floor were mostly cracked. The hotel needs an entire face-lift if it is to justify even a modest room rate, it needs better communication options and a cleaner standard. The bar and restaurant adjacent however is the brightest aspect with delicious brasilian food and lively atmosphere.

#JOKESHOP!!
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in...total kip!! I would echo every other negative comment on here about this place...but I don't think the Management will care too much.DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON GETTING DRUNK SO YOU WON'T NOTICE HOW BAD IT IS!!!
