Disappointing
We arrived in 40 degree heat to find that the hotel has no elevator. It was a struggle to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. Then we discovered that the air conditioner was faulty, the room and bathroom are both very small and that the power points are old and not current European standard. Fortunately, the staff were generally friendly and helpful and we were able to borrow an adaptor. I have no idea how the ratings are decided, but this is definitely NOT a three star hotel! We will not be back.

The hotel and location was OK, near the central station, but in not a very nice part of the city. I would not say its a 3-star hotel, rather 2-star. The reception-staff were very kind and service minded. No lift to the third floor, traficsounds from the street. Breakfast was OK. All in all worth the money, but not more.

It located by near the train station but needed to be more specific direction from the station, especially for first time travelers. There was no elevator so it was very hard to bring up my luggages to upstairs by myself. I am 5'2" tall and skinny woman who was traveling alone. The receptionist lady was just watching, no offer any help. She didn't tell me breakfast time and gave me a terrible direction to the Leaning Pisa Tower. She didn't give or show me a map, just said "go straight that way" and pointed in the air. Of course I've got lost. If she doesn't speak English, they need to make a map or something.

Good location near train station. Simple hotel suitable for travelers using the train. With shared bathroom was not a problem. Noise from the street.
