Really nice little B&B with 3 rooms in a big apartment complex located in an interesting neighborhood about 2km (1.5 miles) outside of the old city center. Breakfast is Italian typical small (you get a voucher for one coffee and one croissant for a nearby bar).

Overall: Kind of a hike from Trestevre (the closest train station) but not horrible (there is a bus...a couple stops). If you "what's app" the contact who helps you with the hotel room, he may even pick you up (he offered us a ride, but our change of train plans couldn't allow it-but the option seems there and available). At first, the area seams a tad bit sketchy at night, but having walked around there for 2-3 nights, even rather late, I didn't feel unsafe. During the day, it feels like any other urban city. They hook you up with coffee and a snack across the street for a quick morning breakfast-which is nice. It may take you a few hundred tries at the 3 different, difficult to get used to, locks to get in the multiple doors. Makes for a fun game coming home late, tired, having to pee, whatever...lol. Bus stop on the main street below the building is good, and there is also an above ground metro. The Rooms: Nice enough, comfy, however.....there is only enough hot water in the water heater for about a 4-6 minute shower (with hot water).....seriously. Recommendation...turn on, then turn off, turn on, then turn off....lol. Schedule showering opposite---you shower in the morning, her at night....or you have to wait about an hour and a half...(i tried to time it) for it to get heated back up, for another 6 minutes... Wouldn't stay there again, but would recommend.
