History meets modernity!

Close to transport links! The Torbräu Munich is located at the end of a long pedestrian shopping street. It is in close proximity to the subway line as well as a short walk from the Deutsche Museum. It is also a great location for the main shopping mile and close to the huge park Englischer Garten, where you can stop for a refreshing ice cream on your way home from your shopping trip. You can also have a beer here, rent a boat or join in with the sunbathers.
In December and January right outside the hotel it is possible for guests and visitors to Munich to sample some festive cheer in one of the Christmas markets around the city. Visitors to these markets can warm up with a nip of Gluhweirn (mulled wine) which can be taken with either a shot of rum or amaretto.
Definitely something to warm you up on a cold winters night and for those visitors wanting something with a bit of a kick, why not try Feuerzangenbowle, which basically is a lump of sugar soaked in rum and then set on fire and placed in your mulled wine.
Oktoberfest Beer Hall!
The Hofbrauhaus am Platzl is the most famous beer hall in the world. It is located in the city center of Munich and houses the second largest tent at the Oktoberfest. The tent receives a huge number of visitors each October for two weeks.
And is undoubtably one of the main things that attracts tourists to the city. The first Oktoberfest was held in 1810 in honor of the marriage of Crown Prince Ludwig, and it has been held every September since. Despite it being called Oktoberfest, the festival is held in September each year and finishes on the first Sunday in October.
This top class stunning stadium is home to Bayer Munich, located in the North of Munich, Germany. The architecturally impressive stadium was the main venue for the 2006 World Cup and hosted the 2012 UEFA Champions League Final. There are daily tours of the stadium on non-match days at 1 PM. Tours are given in English and they show the players' dressing rooms, the press conference areas, and VIP areas.
Englischer Garten – The Green Oasis!
The English Garden is a popular spot with tourists and locals. Many people can be found here on sunny Sunday afternoons and even in the cooler months there is plenty of activity to be found in this delightful garden.
