lift needs a facelift but otherwise great place, owner really nice guy, room great, location perfect as not in the middle of tourist but 10 min away from everything, nice cheap shops and very good restaurants around, has a local feeling. we rented bikes and left them in the back of of house every night, great way to see rome. would come back to same place as everything was close by and the price just excellent.

Massimo was so helpful and welcoming. His English was functional, which was really nice. Me and a friend stayed for 3 nights and had no complaints. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical Italian--espresso and a cornetto or toast. Great locale in terms of getting around the city. Termini is just a few blocks away and the Vittorio Emmanuele metro can take you right to city center. Would definitely recommmend to anyone looking for an inexpensive stay in Rome.
