Paola is a nice person. Good location and quiet. Good for those who do not expect anything special, are not very demanding, and like liberty of movements: only bath and sleep. We have to make the breakfast, Paola left on the fridge: small breads, ham, cheese, yogurt, milk and juice and there is a coffee machine avaialable; no place to heat the milk though. We did not mind to prepare the breakfast because we could leave early, without the need to wait someone to serve it, and that way give us more liberty. The quilt on the bed need to be replaced because it is old and has stains. Web access is not easy. Suggestions:change the quilt, the type of bread and a microwave would be very usefull. In general was a positive stay. Thanks

++Very friendly welcome from Paola. She's so sympathic. + Interesting location, near Termini station and metro, near historical sites as coliseum, forum, Trajan column and other nice places. good restaurant in the area (de Valentino, via de Boschetto). - Room a little bit small, with no day light. We spent 4 nice days in Rome.

This b&b has just one room, quite dark (just electric light, no Windows, just the door opening to the "cortile"). No telephone net available in the room. They not accept credit cards, or at least they ask for cash. Not a real breakfast: just a coffee machine, milk, juice and yogourth in the room, and poor bescuits to eat. But it still remains a good option for its position and price. Bathroom conditions could be better

Great location.
The location of this bed and breakfast is excellent with the Coliseum within sight at the end of the road. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room had no window and the air conditioning was weak and it didn't help that there was a heatwave on the days we were there. Breakfast is left for you in a fridge in the bathroom along with a kettle and teas and coffees. The room is very quiet considering the location.
