Location of the hotel is very good but it is old. My horrible experience is that I found there is water in the kettle after got the room. What a surprise!!! I believe having elevator is the only selling point for the hotel. The hotel do need more effort for the cleanliness.

The hotel is well placed near the train / tube stations. There are a huge list of restaurants near by. It is walking distance from the city centre and is very convenient. The stay was very peaceful. The staff were polite enough. The breakfast was good. The rooms were very cozy and clean.

Adequate for the price, an early departure on Eurostar meant we could not take advantage of breakfast. The double bed was small squashed and squeaky. Served our purpose for closeness to St Pancras.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. The elevator doesn't take more than one person and that's screeching all the way up. The furniture is the cheapest and oldest besides been just a bed and a table. There is no decoration in the rooms and the decoration outside is tasteless and tacky. And is super noisy even in the highest floor. The only positive is how close its to the train station since we were taking the train to Edingburg but I don't recommend it
