Good location
I had zero issues come up or any complaints. It was the right room, in the right part of town for a good price. Included breakfast was a bonus.

OK rooms and nice confortable beds and nice crip white sheets. No lift, so not suitable for disabled people or those that do not want to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Surprisingly silent given that you are 100m from King's cross station (the street the hotel is in is very quiet indeed). Excellent staff at welcome desk. Room for left-luggage on the last day. Breakfast room small and noisy, but breakfast OK with hard-boiled-eggs, break, various cereals, and juices. Tea and instant coffee. The only thing I did not like is that you are systematically told that "breakfast finishes at 9h30" 10 minutes before, urging you to vacate the breakfast room quickly.

We booked two rooms and ended up with one of the same rooms we had the last time we stayed there. We were fine with that because the room was fairly large. The rooms are on the ground floor right beside the breakfast room, so it did get a little loud in the mornings(mostly people trampling down the stairs) The only problem was the last two nights someone (?) was banging around the floor above us- which it didn't seem like there was rooms above us so I have no idea what the noise was. Other than that the location is great being right beside Kings Cross

Good value, for London standards, in a very central location. The continental buffet breakfast was simple but abundant, although served in a very crammed roomin the basement floor. The hotel was clean and well kept, very conveniently located.

The only positive thing: the location, 2mn walk distance from St Pancras, staff is nice. But the room is really old, noisy, plumbing from the 50's, difficult to have hot water. The wifi seems limited, I only could get connected early in the morning. I know it's London, but very expensive for the poor quality. Avoid it if you can.
