I stayed at this hotel with my partner and 2 other friends. I emailed to request one of the bigger double rooms a few weeks prior to my stay, this was actioned although I didn't realise when first entering the room as it was still quite small for the price paid (£100 a night). I received an email a few hours prior to arriving at the hotel to say that my card had been declined. This was very worrying but on arriving at the hotel it was hardly mentioned and my card was taken again to pay the bill, and with no problems. The receipt machine was not working so the receptionist said she would drop mine up to me later that afternoon. I did not receive it so I later asked another receptionist who didn't even really understand what I was asking for. The curtains on our window did not fit the whole window so the room was light as soon as the sun come up which I do not like. On the first night we had approximately 4-5 hours sleep due to being able to hear the person next door snoring, people shouting and jeering outside into the early hours and some sort of delivery service driving continuously up the road outside our window, picking something up and then revving off again. We bought ear plugs for the second night which is definitely not something I expect to have to do. The breakfast area downstairs was boiling hot and uncomfortable so we ate upstairs next to the reception area which was not the best place to sit to eat. Breakfast amenities were ok. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend the hotel to anybody.

I had booked a double room a few weeks before arrival .On arrival 1.50pm we where told room was not ready until 2pm,fair enough we left luggage{1 case} came back at 2,30 we where then told that they had a twin room for us or a smaller double, we said we take the double as we had booked. we had a meeting to go to and where short on time by this time they could not find the luggage! we explained where it was taken to and then found. this is more than we can say about the room, a double bed against the wall facing another blank wall window was around corner facing another wall there is more but to be honest fawlty towers came to mind !
