Hotel Brianza - Milan
Poor1.0 / 5
The hotel has no elevator. Stairs are norrow and there is no staff to help glients with luggages. Thefloor carpet is dark and dirty. Dirty and consummed are also the bed covers. The "letto matrimoniale" consists of two cot kept together by queen size sheets. Noisy tram passes just outside the hotel all night. The only mirror in the room was laying on top of the closet. bathroom is newly renovated but way too small and unconvenient. The sink is positioned 20 / 25 centimeters lower than standard. almost at bidet hight. Shower is very small and the shower spray holder was damaged. beauty producs consists of two white small soap tablets. Overall the worst hotel I have been including those of third coountries. A shame for the hotel categoreies and a shame for the city of milan that is going to host the expo and will disappoint a number of foreigners that wioll be mislead by the 3 star rating. Just to complete the report, the breackfast room has 4 table of which one is obstructing the access to the small room. The buffet offer law qualitiy foos and a really poor number of products. stay away ! terrible experience. I booked two rooms and had to cancel the second night.

Very tidy and clean room, great location though the area is not nice, but it does not feel insecure. Close to downtown , tram 1 stops just around the corner for easy access to city center, not far from underground either. Would recommend it for short stays, polite and helpful staff
