Worst bathroom in the history of bathrooms. No hot water, waterpressure non existent. Very rude staff. Was being shouted at by the staff when I arrived at the hotel later than expected.

Rooms were filthy, there were so many squished mosquitos on the walls, dust and shabby furniture. The hallways smelt of public uranals and the bathrooms were cubards that combined the toilet with a shower. You could literaly go to the loo and shower at the same time! Thankfully we only stayed one night

We spend one day in florence.the hotel location was great , easy walking distance to see all the notable sight.but the bathroom were a bit strange. The staff were very friendly , Specially if you speak Italian. The include breakfast was excellent. Overall good value for price for short stay

The staff is more available and friendly if you speak italian. The location is actually more like a bed and an breakfast than a hotel but it's very well located and there is someone at the reception overnight so you can go out and in at any time. The room is rather small but if you just take it as a place where to sleep it's fine (the bed is of good quality). The only thing is the very very tiny bathroom and the way it is arranged (you spread water all over the floor). But if you only stay for a few nights and don't want to spend too much the overall place is fine.
