Never ever again.
Possibly the worst hotel I've been to. Room was not even close to the one advertised on the website. Extremely small and uncomfortable. Mattresses seemed like they had been there since the 80's. Shower was held together by adhesive tape and television worked with only some channels after they had called the technician to fix it. In other words maybe 2 sky channels worked out of all of them. I strongly suggest anyone who is staying in Rome to not even get close to this so called hotel. After we had complained we were told there were no other rooms available and when confronted with the fact that the hotel was nearly empty (only 2 tons were occupied) they said they couldn't do anything about it because we had entered the room ( we had only bought our luggage up). Unsafe elevator with no room to enter the luggage so we did two floors up on foot. Going over the other reviews we noticed that they had posted them themselves. Breakfast was cold, with croissants that were possibly in excess from the bakery a week before and awful milk. So to sum it all up, uncomfortable, decadent and very disappointing. Keep as far away as possible from this place if you expect at least a 2 star experience form a 3 star hotel.

staff exxellent, but the rest poor. The lift was horrible, very old and smelling,we were 2 couples and had to sleep separated because there was one double bed and 2 single beds, the bathroom was very small and needed shelves where to put things on it and the breakfast was poor. very disappointed

We had a double room well located on the main avenue. We definitely recommend this hotel as it is well placed to visit all around! A favorite! We will surely return!
