Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa - Dubai
Good3.0 / 5
Hotel location is nice for tourist but it really needs renovation. However everything is functional and clean, it looks really tired especailly the pool area. Overall it doesn't feel very clean because of its condition. The air conditioning of the room is noisy. For 1-2 night stay it could be ok but not for a long holiday.

For the price I paid ($200/night), I'd have expected a bit more. The breakfast was fine (though I lament the (understandable) lack of real pork bacon), but the dining area was a bit crowded. The noise issue I had wasn't related to the hotel, but the Mosque behind the hotel. My room was in the back, and I would wager that the volume on the call to prayer at the mosque for the early morning (~5am) call was much louder than the one mid-day. Consider it a cultural disruption.
