poorly organized, stressed staff. Never again.
We were disappointed. There was absolutely not enough parking for all the guests. The front desk was completely stressed because the rooms were not ready for anyone. After waiting, our two rooms were not even on the same floor. Our tv did not work when we arrived but was fixed after complaining. That was positive. Then we tried to leave for dinner but the machine outside for the parking ticket was broken. We needed to wait AGAIN in line at the reception to pay for the ticket to leave. There were still many guests trying to check in to rooms that were not ready (at 6pm). When I tried to ask a Manager if we could just pay for parking I was told to wait in that line. Very unorganized and unpleasant. Breakfast Looks amazing but tasted average to bad. The room/floor was dirty in the breakfast room. Checking out was difficult as well, of course. The Person at the front desk had such a hard time to check out 2 rooms AND to help us pay the parking ticket upon departure. No thank you. Never again. Waste of time. There are plenty of other nice Hotels in the area. This Hotel is NOT up to Marriot Standards.
