I've been to Niagara Falls several times. This time I went with 3 friends of mine as a girls weekend away! The idea was to have fun, relax, get pampered and have a good time. The hotel attendant who checked us in was very nice but the other attendants who worked at the front desk were uninformed of the venues and events in Niagara Falls. Our room was fairly clean and the beds were freshly made up but I found the bathroom wasn't very clean; the bathtub in particular wasn't cleaned well. I also found that the maintenance around the hotel was not kept up, mostly small things, like the bathroom door not closing properly. Other than that the room was nice. The first morning I was there I woke up to hammering and ladders in the hall with wires hanging from the ceiling and while I understand that work needs to be done I found myself wondering if there was a better time to do this rather than a Saturday morning, since I'm thinking their busiest time is likely during the weekends. There was not a bar to be found as it states in the hotel listing. The "restaurant" leaves much to be desired. It is not a typical restaurant, but rather a place to grab a quick bite to eat. The nice waiter was the nicest part about the restaurant. I only ate breakfast there so I'm not sure how they do things for the other meals of the day. But for breakfast we weren't offered a menu and we couldn't choose how we wanted our eggs. The only option was scrambled eggs, which were the worst scrambled eggs I've ever eaten, they were tossed together and flipped in a pan and had no flavour and had eggshells in them! The bacon was thin and cheap and the homefries were gritty as if the potatoes hadn't been washed. The coffee was the best part and it wasn't even very good. The overall maintenance in the pool room was lacking too say the least. The pool room was way too warm for summertime, I don't think they had the A/C on in there at all! The swimming pool and hot tub we

You could hear a pin drop in the hallway from inside your room. Very loud. The rooms are extremely dated and look creepy. The pool was so small compared to the picture and the ceiling was very rusted and old whereas the picture they made the ceiling look white and new. I would compare this hotel to motel 6, the beds were xomfy
