Worst hotel I have ever stayed in
I went to stay at this hotel to use the spa and swimming pool and generally relax, however I was not told that on the first day the spa and pool were closed which was very disappointing as this was the main reason I was staying there. I had asked for a room with WIFI and after about 3 hour's was told there was no WIFI in the room, I tried to ring reception but found the phone was not working so had to pull a very large and heavy dresser out of the way to plug the phone in, as it was not plugged. Behind the dresser was filthy and full of small insects, I would imagine it has not been hoovered in a long long time. Most of the towels were grey instead of white. They did give me a room with a single bed but it did have WIFI and that was a horrible smelly room. The staff are not a bit friendly they say I was struggling with my luggage but nobody would help me. I could go on forever about the problems but am only allowed a certain amount of words. I was so upset I rang my husband and the general manager assured him they would look after me. I never met him as he was always busy. Have got to be the rudest staff that haven't got a clue what they are doing Never Ever Again I almost fainted and a guest helped me but the staff ignored me and didn't even offer me a chair or a glass of water. I would never recommend this dump to anyone
