My reservation was for one superior suite balcony. We arrived at 11am. and told us to wait. At 1:30 pm the receptionist decided to accommodate on the 6th floor in a room with two beds and a toilet. I asked where the balcony and why am I getting room, not a studio. The answer was - the hotel is full and no free studio. But I paid full price months in advance and want to get it for what I paid-Suite with kitchenette. Why do you ask me kitchenette said receptionist. To eat I said. I felt that I could not overpower the stubbornness of this man and for the first time in my life I resorted to an extreme measure and I said that I would call Venere.com to find out why I sold the suite and paid a month ago and has not been saved for me. Then the receptionist said tath we have to wait to 3 pm.In the book was written check in - 2pm.Then he accomodate us in suit without kitchenette. For a rematch they brought very dirty microwave and later they brought another cleaner and they don't left us in peace until the evening. We had no utensils, plates cups, stove nothing. The most terrible was that the time of registration, he asked the passport and my credit card. I said that everything is paid , but he insisted and when I handed he put on the copy machine and copy it.I block the card and now have to issue me a new one. This cost me money it takes time and inconvenience. Location is very good. The breakfast is poor.

We had a suite at a discounted price, so the value was ok for us. Nice breakfast that you take in a room with a view on the garden. But the rooms could certainly be cleaner. The location is ok because the tram going to the center is really only 5 min away, and it takes only two stations (5 min). If you come with a car, it cost 20 dollars per day to park the car at the hotel. There are no other parking available around.
