Very nice. Second stay here in a year.
This was the second time I have stayed at Max hotel in Brussels. It is very central, lots near by, spacious and clean. I chose to stay in it again as I had such a good stay in it the first time. There is no breakfast available however vending machines on the first floor. as well as a drinks machine and snacks. There is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room however this is just as good. there is so many food restaurants beside the hotel open for breakfast that I was not even bothered by this. The walls are slightly thin as you can hear next doors conversations but that was the only thing I wasn't fond on in the hotel room.

Very good hotel! But still, the thing with self check in is a bit odd, honestly. We needed ?human help? for it and we were not the only ones. Also the check in at 3PM was not very proper for us.

Unfortunately they do not have any rooms ready for travellers arriving VERY early (overseas/overnight flight!) Bathrooms do not have towel bars, just 2 hooks, too few for 2 peoples towels. We stayed 2 nights.

The hotel is in a good location, clean and well kept, the rooms are nice and big but the concierge is automated and the machine was not working and the only person present in the structure was in trouble to serve customers in difficulty and so I had to get into the room and not come out until the morning because the electronic key did not work. The idea of the hotel is nice, but has to work even when there are problems.

very slow internet - contrary to the "high speed" promised! Loud when neighbuors shut the door.
