Excellent experience
The hotel was perfect! We loved the lobby decor, our quiet room and spacious bath, the proximity to excellent restaurants and historical sites; most of all, we appreciated the very helpful concierge. We also enjoyed dining on the rooftop for drinks one evening and breakfast the next morning. We will certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

Great location
Fantastic location and well priced. Room was clean and comfortable. Access to our room was up to second floor from ground then into another lift to go down to first floor. Once we got that figured out it was fine :)

Location, location, location
Amazing location and view. Eat someplace else and be ready for tired rooms. But, the location is fabulous and while tired, the hotel was ok for a couple nights.

Very sad that they close the roof-top beautiful sitting area during the day- open at 5.30. Would be fabulous to sit up there and have a coffee etc.. No coffee or tea making in rooms, everyone I spoke to said the same. Reception sitting area bit dark, but lovely comfortable hotel They are good at upgrading if they have room available. Single travellers- ask if they can upgrade.

Has to have the best breakfast view of any hotel.Little choice considering star rating . Everything is in easy walking distance. No tea and coffee facilities in room. We bought at a good discount would probably not buy full price. An old-fashioned feel and decoration. Staff immaculately turned out.Could do with daily papers /information books in public rooms considering the high star rating, less lumpy sofas and perhaps DIY hot/cold drinks/cakes table. The American Bar and its view was out of bounds. Photos need re-taking as poor. Did not eat in, tasting menu looked expensive and was discounted. Situated at the end of a run-down back lane.
